AssetCore signs license agreement with major G15 HA
Circle Housing, which manages 70,000 properties across the UK has become the first G15 Registered Provider to sign up to the AssetCore service. Circle has already commenced using AssetCore to support its security process and portfolio management and is now ready to undertake a charging exercise across multiple lenders which will utilise AssetCore as the tool to store, analyse and share security and asset data with all of the parties involved in the transaction process.
Chris Sharp, Property Security Manager for Circle, commented “We are extremely excited with the prospect of implementing AssetCore’s security and asset data system. In a fast moving and ever changing sector the need for such a system has never been greater with its ability to securely hold property details, advanced reporting options, together with its capacity to safely store transaction documents and project and compliance management tool kits we see this software solution as a must have for all Social Housing treasury and governance teams.”
Jacinta Balchin, Director of AssetCore, commented “We have worked very closely with the Circle Treasury team over the last 9 months, and their contribution to the shaping of the AssetCore service and their input through the beta development process has been invaluable. We expect to announce licensing agreements with other major RP groups in the near future”.
Launched in December 2015, AssetCore is a fresh new approach to store, manage, analyse and share asset and property security data and documents in the housing finance sector. AssetCore is also an Asset & Liability register solution.
